Rear Shock Springs by High Lifter®. Pair of springs to lift the rear of the unit. High Lifter Lift Springs are a set of higher capacity replacement springs which are components of the stock shock absorbers. The original equipment spring is not heavy duty and is often fatigued early by heavy loads or continuous service.

Warranty:
Lifetime Warranty
From the beginning, High Lifter has engineered and manufactured some of the toughest, most durable products on the market. That's why this product comes with a Lifetime Warranty. It's promise that High Lifter will never let you down.
The Lifetime Warranty covers products sold to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. The term of the warranty is for the lifetime of the vehicle in question.
Normal wear and tear items and finishes, such as, but not limited to: Heim joints, tie rod ends, ball joints, bearings, seals, bushings, bushing sleeves, zinc plating , powder coating, or chipping and discoloration of any finish is not covered.
High Lifter will ship the replacement product after the returned product has been inspected by High Lifter staff.
The warranty shall not include claims for damages, installation time or labor charges, economic losses, inconvenience, transportation, towing, down time, direct or indirect or consequential damages or delay resulting from any defect.
The warranty does not apply to products that have been improperly applied or improperly installed.
Making a warranty claim
1. All claims must be accompanied by the part and the original sales receipt or other acceptable proof of purchase from the original owner.
2. All warranties must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. When shipping the damaged product:
a. Write the RMA number on the outside of the box.
b. Also include the RMA number, proof of purchase and any notes inside the box.
c. Please keep your tracking number and shipment information.
4. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to High Lifter-return shipping within the lower 48 states will be paid by High Lifter products. With all warranty claims, only standard shipping services apply

We only accept PayPal on eBay, this means you can rest assured your order will be with you ASAP after your purchase. For your security we only deliver our order to the address you provide us via PayPal.
For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for all import fees.
Shipping
As soon as you pay, eBay & PayPal will email you to let you know it's been received and as soon as we've shipped your order, we'll let you know by email that it has been shipped and you will receive your tracking number.
We ship from multiple locations around the US (items will ship from closest warehouse that has inventory at the time the order is placed) and use several methods of shipment including: UPS, FedEx, and USPS. We reserve the right to ship using another carrier if necessary. If you require a particular service be used, please contact customer service before placing your order.
Returns
RETURN POLICY:
Buyer has 30 days from the date that the item was received to contact us (Adrenaline Junkee) either by eBay message or opening a return in eBay.
Buyer must receive an RMA # before sending item back to us.
All items must be returned to our Arizona facility and in the same condition as received. All items must be in original packaging.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping. [in cases of an error on our end (this will be determined when buyer contacts for RMA #), a pre-paid return label will be sent to the customer]
Refund/Exchange/Replacement will be issued within 6 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON:
Electrical items where the box has been opened and or the part has been installed. (If the part was defective that would be handled under the manufacturer's warranty; in which case, please see warranty section).
Used merchandise of any sort. Please make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in. If you install the parts or ride in the gear at all, it is used and cannot be resold as “New”.
PART(S), TIRE(S) & TOOL(S) RETURNS:
Tires may be exchanged/returned if unused. We do not refund or credit the original shipping to the buyer.
Any tool(s) removed from the original package may not be returned. -Any part(s) that shows signs of being installed may not be returned.
WARRANTY:
No warranty, written or implied is made on any products made or sold by Adrenaline Junkee. All descriptions given by Adrenaline Junkee as to function are for reference only and are not a guarantee. Adrenaline Junkee cannot assume any responsibility for personal injury, labor or other injury arising out of the use of any product manufactured or sold. Adrenaline Junkee shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage or loss of goods or claims of customers of the purchaser which may arise and or result from the sale, installation or use of these products. By purchasing or installing the product, the purchaser agrees to all of these terms.
For further warranty information, please see further documentation from the manufacturer of your product. All product warranty is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. Adrenaline Junkee will assist you with any warranty claim to the best of its ability as customer service is our top priority.
All items that are returned to Adrenaline Junkee for manufacturer warranty consideration must have shipping paid to and from our warehouse.
